Help and contact

StubCheck is a deal room for buying concert tickets from a stranger. The tickets land in the buyer's own account before any money moves. StubCheck is based in Louisville, KY. Questions? Email stubchecksupport@gmail.com.

How does a deal work?

  1. The seller creates a room with the seats, price, and event agreed in one place.
  2. The buyer joins and agrees to pay only after the tickets are in their own account.
  3. The tickets are transferred in the official platform to the buyer's own account — never a screenshot or a PDF.
  4. The buyer checks the tickets with their own eyes. No money has moved yet.
  5. The buyer pays the seller directly. StubCheck never holds the money.
  6. The seller confirms payment was received, and both sides can rate each other.

What does the verified badge mean?

The verified badge is optional. A seller who wants it completes a driver's-license check and pays a $10 one-time fee. The badge stays off until the fee is paid and the check is approved. The badge checks the seller's identity. It does not verify tickets.

Does StubCheck hold money or act as escrow?

No. StubCheck never holds deal payments and does not act as an escrow service. Payment goes directly from the buyer to the seller.

What does StubCheck charge?

Posting a wanted request is free. The optional verified badge is $10 one-time. StubCheck never sees your card details for the badge fee — payment is handled by Base44.

What if a deal falls through?

Email stubchecksupport@gmail.com with your deal room details. We can send you a blank small-claims paperwork packet for you to complete and file yourself. StubCheck does not provide legal advice, does not file anything for you, and does not guarantee any outcome or recovery. Keep your records, and contact your payment provider or bank promptly if you paid and did not receive tickets.

How do I know the tickets are real?

Check them in your own Ticketmaster or AXS account, with the event, date, seats, and quantity matching the room. Do not accept a screenshot or a PDF as proof. StubCheck does not verify tickets.

What information is shared?

Your full name and phone number stay hidden until you open a deal room with a seller. Only you and that seller can see a room.

Is my license photo shared?

No. A license photo is never shown to the other side. It is stored privately and read only for that check.
